Currently serving junior members of the RAN /RANR are eligible for a significant joining fee discount.
The discount applies to currently serving junior sailors up to and including the rank of Leading Seaman and currently serving junior officers up to and including the rank of Sub Lieutenant.
For 2025, the joining fee is only $75 in lieu of the normal $395 joining fee.
