Work Party Priorities

Members who attend work party weekends will be given a priority booking to be exercised in the following year, ie priorities earned at  2009 work parties can only be applied to 2010 accommodation bookings. The Lodge Representatives will forward to the Booking Officer the names of those who have attended work parties. These members will be sent advice on their membership renewal notice that they have a priority and will need to send their booking to the Booking Officer (Liz) before 1 March when ski season bookings open for the rest of the members.

Please call the appropriate contact person and let them know which work party you would like to

attend. If you also advise any special skills you have or preference for certain tasks, it will make

planning much easier and your experience more enjoyable.

These dates are based on not clashing with Canberra Day, Easter, Anzac Day and the AGM.  The AGM is scheduled for Thredbo on 16 May. Work programs will be advised after budgets have been finalised.
